I love fitness and pushing boundaries. I can’t wait to take you on a journey with me.

I believe that fitness and health will bring happiness to your life. My goal is to get my trainees to fall in love with training. I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2010, and prior to that, I’ve been amateur to all sorts of sports including football, volleyball, basketball, and even swimming! That’s when I realized that I must do what I love and pass my passion towards a different approach and a belief that fitness should be fun, enjoyable and forever.

In 2010, I decided to use my energy and dedication for health and fitness. I have enjoyed great success with personal training of a diverse range of clients from individuals just looking to shape up, to seniors and sport professionals looking to take their training to the next level. What I offer in extra for these individuals is a push and some guided techniques to optimize their training habits as there are many ways to work out. I use a combination of various concepts in my sessions to see which will fit your body and personality.
